‍Article II VCP was founded by Darrel Bow, a U.S. Marine veteran and retired federal law enforcement officer with six years of experience in election integrity. Virginia currently lacks an organization dedicated to holding legislators accountable when they pass laws that violate the Virginia Constitution governing elections.Our mission is to honor our oaths by ensuring legislators honor theirs. When laws conflict with the Virginia Constitution, we first engage directly with legislators to correct the violations. If they fail to amend the code, we address the unconstitutional provisions through the courts.
